Kristine Jordahl, Ed.D., currently serves as a Venture Capital Limited Partner at How Women Invest, focusing on empowering female founders and investors. As the Founder and President of Pumua Consulting, Kristine offers strategic leadership in Total Rewards to enhance employee experiences across organizations. Previous roles include Senior Director of Total Rewards at AllianceRx Walgreens Pharmacy, where Kristine managed the company’s COVID-19 response and collaborated on executive compensation strategies, and Vice President of Human Resources/Total Rewards at SpartanNash, where Kristine successfully led HR integration during a major merger. Additional experience includes senior HR roles at Buffets, Inc., Nuclear Management Company, and BMC Industries, along with advanced degrees in Organizational Leadership from both Nova Southeastern University and Augsburg University.
