Paulina Latko is an experienced compliance and quality assurance professional in the food industry, currently serving as Compliance Manager at Finsbury Food Group since February 2023. Prior to this role, Paulina held similar positions at Hovis Ltd from September 2019 to February 2023 and at Allied Bakeries as a Process and Quality Auditor from January 2018 to August 2019. Earlier experience includes working as a QA Technician at Westmill and a Quality Assurance Intern at Colian, along with a brief stint as a Research and Development Intern at Ebnsol Inc. Paulina holds a Master of Science degree in Food Technology and Human Nutrition, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree, both from Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie.
