Courtenay Jones has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Concept Development Manager at Hovis Ltd since August 2024. Prior to this role, Courtenay held positions including Development Baker at Zeelandia UK Ltd from May 2022 to August 2024, and Development Technologist at Anglia Crown from December 2019 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes Product Developer at RM Curtis & Company Limited for six months in 2019, and roles at INDULGENCE PATISSERIE LIMITED as Deputy Product Development Manager and New Product Development Chef from February 2016 to June 2019. Courtenay began a culinary career with apprenticeships in patisserie at LA MIE DE MIRAMONT and cookery at Le CABRI, from 2011 to 2015. Educational qualifications include a CAP in Patisserie from CFA La Palme and a CAP in Cuisine from MFR, Pujols.
