Stewart Howlett is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and animal health sectors, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Director of Quality Control at Hovione since August 2017. Prior to this role, Stewart held the position of Global Head/Director of Analytical Science and Technology at Elanco Animal Health from January 2015 to January 2017. Stewart's career began at Novartis Animal Health, where Stewart served as Global Head/Director of Quality Control and Analytical Science and Technology until December 2014, as well as Head of Stewardship Analytics. Stewart earned a PhD in Organic & Analytical Chemistry from the University of Wales, Bangor, between 1992 and 1996.
