Who You Are
We are looking for candidates who possess the ability to track day-to-day performance, identify and monitor OKRs, and ensure that content and messaging strategies align with deliverables. You will play a critical role in providing insights, reporting on performance, and actively contributing to the success of our clients. As a Performance Analyst at Hovi, you will play a pivotal role in assessing and optimizing the success of our client's digital initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating with clients to set clear acquisition goals and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), analyzing benchmark and historical data, collecting and analyzing campaign data, and providing valuable insights to improve performance. You will also be responsible for executing email and communication campaigns, consolidating vendor reports, monitoring KPIs, attending strategy planning meetings, and presenting performance insights during client success meetings.
Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to define clear acquisition goals and establish OKRs, using benchmark and historical data as baselines.
Leverage our data control center to analyze and interpret data related to client campaigns to evaluate pre-defined performance key metrics against established OKRs.
Raise the flag when any performance key metric is not met within the timeline.
Consolidate monthly reports from various vendors into a comprehensive performance write-up.
Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in client campaigns and strategies.
Execute email campaigns and import data from the database to track and measure results.
Execute communication campaigns and collect data from the database for analysis.
Attend monthly strategy planning meetings and play a key role in providing insights into client performance based on the OKRs set.
Ensure that every digital initiative has clear key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor ROI (Return on Investment) accordingly.
Attend Client Success weekly meetings to present performance insights to clients and share suggestions for improvement.
