Madison Thompson is an experienced development professional currently serving as Development Manager at Houston Zoo since July 2021, where responsibilities include managing a portfolio of philanthropic donors and overseeing the Asante Society. Prior to this role, Madison worked at Houston Habitat for Humanity, Inc. as Development Special Events & Campus Chapter Coordinator, successfully managing a significant annual luncheon that exceeded revenue goals. Earlier experience includes serving as Development Associate at Orangewood Foundation, where fundraising efforts supported both donor relations and a charter high school, along with internships in ministry at Saddleback Church and finance at First National Capital Corporation. Madison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Baylor University, earned in 2017.
