Terry McKinney is an accomplished percussionist and educator with extensive experience in both musical performance and data science. Since August 2008, Terry McKinney has served as a lesson teacher, freelance musician, and clinician at Terry McKinney Percussion, as well as a substitute and extra musician with the Houston Symphony. Terry McKinney holds the position of principal percussionist with the Baton Rouge Symphony Orchestra since August 2007. In addition to musical endeavors, Terry McKinney has engaged in several data-driven projects at Texas McCombs School of Business, focusing on customer segmentation, churn prediction, loan campaign modeling, and pricing strategies for used cars. Educational credentials include a Master of Music in Percussion Performance from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Bachelor of Music from The University of Texas at Austin, complemented by a post-graduate program in Data Science and Business Analytics from Texas McCombs School of Business.
