Jon Nordby is a business leader with a background in HR technology and recruiting. Jon is currently an advisory board member for Startup Genome, and previously held the role of Director of Strategy at Houston Exponential. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder of Hirable and an advisor for JobMedic. Jon also served as the Vice President of Talent and Innovation at the Greater Houston Partnership from 2015 to 2018. Jon has a passion for helping businesses understand the job seeker behaviors of the millennial workforce and the relevance of social recruiting. Jon has helped many organizations, including many Fortune 500 companies, solve critical business issues with 21st century tools and technology.

Jon Nordby has a business administration and management degree from the University of Houston. Jon also has a diploma in automotive repair and technology from UTI.
