Josh B. has over 20 years of experience in information technology, with a strong focus on server management and IT operations. Currently serving as IT Manager at HEI since January 2014, Josh specializes in overseeing IT infrastructure. Prior to this role, Josh worked as a Senior Server Administrator at UEI, where responsibilities included managing Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Lync, VMware, Symantec Backup Exec, and McAfee EPO. Earlier experience includes positions as a Service Technician at NetWork Center and Systems Administrator at PRACS Institute, Ltd. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Minnesota State University Moorhead, completed in 2000.
