Francois Bijotat currently serves as the Assistant Director of Planning and Managing Aviation Planner at Houston Airport System since July 2021. Prior to this role, Francois held the position of Managing Consultant at Ricondo & Associates, Inc. from August 2002 to July 2021. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Southern Illinois University from May 2000 to May 2002 and as a Bank Teller at Crédit Agricole from 1998 to 2000. Francois holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University, obtained between 2000 and 2002, and a Maitrise AES in Administration Economique & Sociale from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III), earned from 1992 to 1996.
