Melinda Binns is the Vice President of Contract Services at Housley Group, a position held since April 1995. Previously, Melinda worked at Armstrong Co Sheriffs Office from September 1993 to March 1994. Melinda completed education at Southside High School between 1975 and 1979 and attended Amarillo College in 1993.
