Timothy Cadwell is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Accounting Manager at Baker Steel Company and Chesapeake Homes since 2022 and 2019 respectively, Timothy also holds the position of Controller at Greenland Property Services LLC, where all accounting functions are directed. An accomplished Homeowner Association Manager/Accounting Manager at Greek Peak Mountain Resort & Hope Lake Lodge, Timothy leads a team managing five homeowner associations. Additional experience includes roles as Accounting Manager and Controller at Chesapeake Homes Inc and Russell's Heating & Cooling, respectively. Timothy holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia College and a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel/Resort Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
