Simon Gillings is an accomplished risk management and internal audit professional with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as the Risk & Assurance Manager at Housing Solutions, Simon leads all aspects of risk management and compliance. Previous roles include positions at Rentokil Initial and Camelot, where Simon focused on financial regulations and conducted significant audits. With a diverse background in internal audit, risk management, and executive coaching, Simon has worked with numerous organizations, including ExxonMobil and the NHS Trust, honing expertise in corporate compliance and financial oversight. Simon holds an MBA from Henley Business School and a Master’s in Civil Engineering from Newcastle University.
