Patrick Luke has extensive experience in real estate investment and development, currently serving as a Board Member for Housing on Merit since 2016 and as Managing Principal of The BLVD Group since March 2013. The BLVD Group specializes in multifamily housing across various income levels through divisions such as BLVD Capital, BLVD Impact Housing, and BLVD Communities. Prior roles include Vice President of Acquisitions at California Landmark Group from December 2011 to March 2013, Director of Multifamily Acquisitions at StarPoint Property Management, LLC from November 2005 to October 2011, and a sales position at Marcus & Millichap from 2004 to 2005. Educational background includes a degree from UCLA obtained between 2000 and 2004.
