Joe Price is an experienced Case Manager at the Homeless Services Center, where responsibilities include engaging re-entry and homeless clients, collaborating with Probation and Parole for AB109 clients, and providing permanent supportive housing services. Joe also oversees community outreach initiatives, aids clients in accessing public benefits, and participates in the intake process and case planning. Additional roles include Direct Service Coordinator and Security Supervisor, as well as On-Call Drug and Alcohol Counselor at Encompass Community Recovery Services. Previous experience encompasses mentoring re-entry clients with Friends Outside and serving as House Manager at Si Se Puede Freedom House, focusing on intakes, drug testing, and client supervision.
