Richard Ker is a seasoned human resources professional with experience in various roles within organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst and previously as a Human Resources Specialist at HACLA since November 2017, Richard has developed expertise in HR practices. Prior to this role, Richard worked as an Implementation Coordinator at Connecture from May 2015 to December 2016, and served in the United States Marine Corps as a Marine from December 2004 to December 2010. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from California State University, Los Angeles, earned between 2020 and 2022, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Los Angeles City College.
