Scott Collins is an experienced public administrator with a strong background in local government management. Currently serving as the Executive Director at the Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo, Scott oversees a management team dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and affordable housing for nearly 5,000 individuals. Prior roles include City Manager of Morro Bay, where Scott led significant community initiatives and revenue generation, and Deputy City Manager in Santa Cruz, overseeing key departments and managing communications for a large organization. Scott's career includes various positions focusing on budget analysis and program development across several municipalities, further enhanced by an MPA in Local Government Management and Finance from The George Washington University and a BA in US History from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
