Sharon Dolly has over 25 years of experience in the information systems and administrative support fields. Currently serving as an IS Senior System Support Analyst at Housing & Care 21 since October 1998, Sharon possesses extensive knowledge of Housing and Finance systems and processes, providing 1st and 2nd line support, resolving system issues, and implementing improvements. Prior roles include IS System Support Analyst and PA to the Director of Business Development, where Sharon managed correspondence, organized meetings, and developed administrative systems. Earlier experience includes serving as an Office Administrator for the Bucks County Council Social Services Department and as a Recruitment Administrator for the British Forces in Germany. Sharon completed education at Mill End Secondary Modern.
