Christopher A. Johnsen is currently working as a Senior Software Developer for SAIC. Prior to this, they were the Chief Technical Architect for House Trevethan. From 2015 to 2020, they worked for the U.S. Department of Transportation as a Senior Developer, where they were responsible for the development and administration of 3 software applications, as well as handling all technical writing tasks. Christopher A. also coordinated and led cross-functional technical resources through full-scope development functions within an Agile environment, and led the administration and maintenance of 5 servers for Tomcat, SQL and Tableau. From 2005 to 2015, they worked for ETQ Management Consultants, where they held two positions. As Team Lead – Technical Support, they led a team of 6 responsible for providing software and system support for enterprise clients. Christopher A. also provided training, coaching and mentoring for technicians to ensure attainment of performance and productivity goals. As Senior Technical Support Technician, they provided comprehensive technical support for user networks across enterprise clients, delivered remote support, and traveled to client locations to provide on-site support with system installs and upgrades.
