Prior to this, Merle worked at Silvertours GmbH as the Customer Experience Camperdays and at Leonardo Hotels as a Cluster Sales Representative NRW. Merle also has experience as a Sales & Product Consultant at Hotels and More Ltd. and as a Duale Studentin at Vierjahreszeiten Hotel am Seilersee. Merle earned their Master of Science in Sales Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management and their Bachelor of Arts in Betriebswirtschaftslehre with a focus on Hotel- und Tourismusmanagement from Internationale Berufsakademie (iba).
