Ben Lyon serves as the Director of Banking and Finance at the House of Training since August 2015, overseeing activities related to the Agence de Transfert de Technologie Financière (ATTF) and leading a team dedicated to supporting developing countries through financial training and knowledge transfer. Prior experience includes roles as a Trainer, Professional Coach, Consultant, and Project Manager at IFBL from August 2009 to July 2015, where Ben developed training modules and created the "Fit 4 Financial Markets" program. Additionally, Ben held management positions at RBC Dexia Investor Services and Franklin Templeton, and has a background in business consulting with IBM and JPMorgan Fleming Asset Management. Ben's educational qualifications include a degree in International Management and German from The University of Manchester.
