Sindhu Sudheer, Chartered MCIPD, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of HR at House of Shipping since February 2024, Sindhu has also held positions such as Head - People Practice at Consultant - HR Solutions and DFREIGHT Digital Freight Forwarding, as well as Group Head - People Practice at SB Group. Prior experience includes significant contributions as an HR Business Partner at Al Tayer Group, where responsibilities encompassed leading HR initiatives aligned with business strategy across the GCC.
