Jacyn Miller, M.B.A., M.A., is an experienced professional in human resources and operations management with a robust background in workforce development. Currently serving as the Human Resources Assistant Manager at House of Raeford Farms since September 2016, Jacyn oversees HR initiatives and supports strategic efforts in recruiting, training, and retention. Previous roles include Operations Manager at ResCare Workforce Services, where operational oversight for multiple locations was managed, and Community and Business Relations Manager for the SC JUMMP Service, focusing on employer relationships and job opportunities.
