Ankur Sheth possesses extensive experience in business development and investment within the real estate sector, currently serving at House of Hiranandani since May 2024. Prior roles include positions in fund management and business development at L&T Realty, real estate investments at The Phoenix Mills Ltd., and investments at R Retail Ventures, focusing on evaluating real estate opportunities and financial modeling. Ankur's career also highlights co-founding Sheth Investcorp and roles in land and capital markets with Knight Frank India, as well as advisory work in transportation and infrastructure with Feedback Infra Pvt.
