Countiss Hamilton has considerable expertise in formulation chemistry and technology transfer, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Technology Transfer at House Of Cheatham, Inc. since May 2018. In this role, Countiss is involved in establishing a GMP pilot laboratory and collaborates across multiple functions, including marketing, production, and sales. Previously, Countiss held the position of Lead Formulation Chemist at both House Of Cheatham, Inc. and Kimoto Tech, Inc., where responsibilities included formulating personal care products and developing adhesives while demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills. Countiss has also served as a Council Aid for the City of Atlanta and gained foundational laboratory skills through research at Georgia State University, where a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry was obtained in 2015.
