Thorsten Weber has extensive experience in the finance industry, with a focus on sponsor finance. Thorsten is currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Sponsor Finance, DACH at Houlihan Lokey since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at GCA Altium, starting as a Director in January 2013 and later promoted to Managing Director in March 2019, where they contributed to the company until December 2021. From January 2006 to December 2012, Thorsten served as an Assistant Director at DC Advisory. Thorsten began their career in 2001 at Helaba as a Credit Analyst and Corporate Finance professional, and worked there until December 2005.

Thorsten Weber has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Banking/Investment Banking from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
