Joshua Wepman is a seasoned professional in the field of investment banking, currently serving as Managing Director in Technology Investment Banking at Houlihan Lokey since December 2021, following the acquisition of GCA, where Wepman also held the Managing Director title from May 2008 to December 2021. Prior experience includes positions in Technology Investment Banking at Jefferies & Company (2006-2008), Senior Business Development Manager at AOL (2003-2005), and Senior Associate at Fulbright & Jaworski (1999-2003), as well as an Associate role at Dewey Ballantine (1996-1999). Wepman holds a BA in Political Science from Tufts University (1989-1993) and a JD from Boston College Law School (1993-1996).
