Marcy Kravit is a distinguished leader in the community management industry, bringing more than 25 years of combined experience as a community association professional, HOA board member, and industry educator. Her career reflects a rare blend of operational expertise, strategic leadership, and deep community insight.
Marcy has been a contributing writer for the Florida Community Association Journal since 2004, authoring numerous articles including the respected series “The CAM Employment Process.” Her voice has become a trusted resource for managers, board members, and business partners across Florida.
From 2021 to 2026, Marcy served as Senior Director of Community Association Relations at Hotwire Communications, where she strengthened statewide partnerships, elevated client engagement, and represented the company across Florida’s community association ecosystem. Prior to that, she held key leadership roles including FCAP Education Program Director (2017–present), Regional Director and Professional Community Association Manager at AKAM (2016–2020), and Executive Manager and Project Manager at Williams Island—“The Florida Riviera” (2013–2015). Her excellence was recognized nationally when she was named 2014 National On‑Site Manager of the Year, and again when she was honored as 2021–2022 Mentor of the Year by Women Empowering Women.
Marcy’s educational achievements reflect her commitment to lifelong learning. She has earned every major credential offered by the Community Associations Institute, including the AMS and PCAM, along with the CMCA from CAMICB and the CFCAM from FCAP. She is also a Certified ScrumMaster, trained through Grow Lean, and has completed leadership development through Dale Carnegie Training. She additionally serves as a commissioned Florida Notary.
