Karen McCrea has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Karen started their career at Remedy Intelligent Staffing in 2000, where they worked as a Branch Manager until 2006. Karen then joined Hotwire Communications Ltd in 2006 and held various positions, including Executive Assistant to the President from 2006 to 2008, Human Resource Representative/Recruiter/Executive Assistant/Office Manager from 2008 to 2010, and finally Chief of Staff from 2010 to 2016. Karen returned to Hotwire Communications Ltd in 2018 as a Special Projects Support.

Karen McCrea earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology from Ithaca College. Karen attended the college from 1997 to 2000.
