Olga Konstantinov has had a diverse work experience in the field of software and hardware engineering. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Hardware Engineer at Institute Mihajlo Pupin. After that, they transitioned to the role of a Software Engineer at the same company from May 2017 to December 2018. In 2018, they joined ASW Inženjering as a Software Engineer and worked there until October 2020. From October 2020 to February 2023, they worked at NLB DigIT as a Senior Software Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Software Engineer at HOTOVO since February 2023.

Olga Konstantinov has a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Belgrade, School of Electrical Engineering, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at the same institution from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, in May 2022, they obtained a certification in "OpenHack: Containers" from Microsoft OpenHack.
