Susana Gonzalez is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in quality control and product development in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations at HOTELPRO since June 2018, Susana has held various roles including Recruiter Market and Operations Supervisor. Prior experience includes significant positions at Induvar S.A. as Gerente de Produccion and Gerente de Control de la Calidad e Investigacion y Desarrollo, where responsibilities encompassed production planning, quality control, and the development of new products. Earlier roles at Laboratorios Leti, S.A.V. and Orpin Farma involved quality system auditing and technical assistance in plant operations. Susana holds a degree in Pharmacy from Universidad de los Andes and is pursuing a Master's in Quality Systems at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
