Emilio Mesa is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the hotel and restaurant industry. Currently serving as Corporate Executive Chef at Hoteles Globales since September 2017, Emilio previously held the position of Chef Ejecutivo at CM Hotels/Sentido, where notable achievements included obtaining the "Q" de Calidad, EMAS, and Holidaycheck Gold Award, positioning the hotel among the top ten in Spain and as the best Sentido brand hotel globally for gastronomy. Earlier roles include Executive Chef at ACORN HOTELS LIMITED with a focus on achieving the Spanish Tourism Quality Certification and Head Chef at L'ILLOT HOTELS and Protur Hotels. Emilio holds a Master's in Hotel Management from INESEM Business School and has specialized training in culinary arts from the Escola Universitaria de HotelerÃa y Turismo de Sant Pol and the Universitat de les Illes Balears.
