Gustav Vindelin is currently a Chef's Apprentice in the Nordic Program at Hotel- og Restaurantskolen, focusing on sustainability in culinary practices with an emphasis on Nordic, local, and seasonal produce. Simultaneously, Gustav works as a Commi Chef and Gardener at Stedsans Farm & Restaurant, which prioritizes seasonal, hyper-local ingredients sourced from its own permaculture farm and nearby regenerative farms. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Consultant at Fellowmind and as a Business Analyst at Edura, involving project management and optimization. Gustav holds a Master's degree in Business Administration & Information Systems with a focus on Digitalization and a Bachelor's degree in Information Management from Copenhagen Business School, along with an exchange program in Computer Programming at the University of Oregon.
