Assunta Berardocco is a Senior Physiotherapist at Hotel Dieu Shaver Health and Rehabilitation Centre since October 2002. In addition to this role, Assunta served as a Case Care Navigator for a Transitional Care Intervention Study at McMaster University's Aging, Community, Health Research Unit from November 2020 to December 2021, aiding stroke survivors in navigating the healthcare system post-rehabilitation. Assunta has also imparted knowledge as a Part-Time Teacher for Anatomy & Physiology at Niagara College Canada in 2012 and has prior experience as a Physiotherapist at Lifemark Health Group from 2002 to 2011, and as a Travel Counselor at Ontario Travel from 1996 to 2000. Assunta holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Health Science, Physiotherapy from McMaster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the same institution. Educational background includes attending Notre Dame College High School.
