Allison Thomas is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in catering and event management. Currently serving as a Senior Catering Manager at Hotel Commonwealth since July 2021, Allison previously held the position of Catering Event Manager there. Prior to this role, Allison worked as an Assistant Banquet Manager for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from April 2019 to August 2021 and was an Event Manager at Cafe Escadrille from August 2017 to April 2019. Earlier in career, Allison gained experience as a Birthday Party Host at the Childrenās Museum of New Hampshire and as a summer server at Seaport Boston Hotel & World Trade Center.
