Max Jonas is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in hotel management. Currently serving as General Manager at Hotel Casa Del Mar since August 2021, Max previously held the same position at Crosby Street Hotel from April 2017 to August 2021. Earlier in the career, Max worked as Assistant General Manager at The Whitby Hotel for a brief period in 2016 and gained extensive experience at Firmdale Hotels PLC, where roles included Operations Manager, Night Manager, and Assistant Head Concierge from June 2008 to October 2016. Max's educational background includes attendance at Tonbridge School and the University of Exeter.
