Dan V. currently serves as the Customer Onboarding Manager at HotDoc, beginning in January 2024. Previously held roles include Optical Dispenser at Oscar Wylee, where Dan achieved a high conversion rate of over 75% in customer eye-test to frame purchases and proficiently managed optical department operations for over 50 customers. Dan was selected as a Business Development Fellow at Earlywork, receiving extensive training in tech sales. As a Sales Assistant at Accent Group Limited, Dan consistently exceeded sales goals and achieved a VIP sign-up rate of over 90%. Educational credentials include a Graduate Certificate in User Experience Design from RMIT University and Bachelor of Science degrees in Immunology from the University of Toronto and in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Melbourne.
