Spencer Starkey is an experienced insurance producer at Hotchkiss Insurance, focusing on client risk assessment and policy optimization since July 2021. As President and CEO of Starkey 360, Spencer leads a company that utilizes advanced 3-D imaging technology to enhance property viewing experiences. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate role at Moody Rambin, specializing in business development and marketing within the Office Services Division, and earlier positions as a Junior Leasing Agent, Commercial Valuation Intern, and Legal Aide. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Baylor University and also studied at Imperial College London.
