Frank Rodriguez has a strong background in technical design, with experience spanning multiple companies and product categories. Frank started their career at KIMA Designs in 2000, where they worked as a Technical Designer for Juniors Tops and Bottoms. Frank then moved on to Pacific Sunwear in 2005, where they worked as a Technical Designer for Young Men's Bottoms and Outerwear, also handling categories such as Wovens and Knits. In 2013, Frank joined Torrid as a Lead Technical Designer and Fit Technician for Plus Size Denim and Non-Denim Bottoms, as well as Denim Outerwear. Frank was responsible for maintaining fit consistency, developing new fit blocks, and managing work flow. Most recently, Frank has been working at Hot Topic since 2017, first as a Senior Technical Designer and currently as the Director of Technical Design for Hot Topic, BoxLunch, and Their Universe Licensing Product. In this role, they oversee a team of technicians, provides direction and guidance to ensure accurate execution of design, quality, and construction, and builds strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.

Frank Rodriguez obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) in Fashion Design from Brooks College between 1997 and 1999.
