Wim Spiering has extensive experience in data analysis and management, currently serving as a Business Data Analyst and People Manager at Hot ITem since August 1998, along with roles as DWH Architect, DWH Consultant, Technisch Projectleider, and Resource Manager. Prior to this, Wim Spiering worked as an Oracle Developer at Vanderlet from May 1990 to August 1998. Educational accomplishments include a Master’s degree in NLP from Likewise Academy for NLP & Coaching (2016-2017) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Varkenshouderij from HAS Green Academy (1984-1988). Wim Spiering also attended DISC Factor Benelux for professional development from May 2019 to June 2019.
