Kapil RANA is the Founder and Chairman of HostBooks Limited, established in November 2009, specializing in industry-specific Enterprise Management and Business Automation Solutions, including Neo-Banking and Business Analytics. Additionally, Kapil RANA founded HostBooks, Inc. in August 2015. Currently pursuing a PhD in Strategic Management at AIMA-AMU, with studies ongoing since 2018, Kapil RANA holds various professional qualifications, including a CPA in Accounting and Finance from CPA Ireland, a DISA in Management Information Systems from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a CA in Assurance and Advisory from the same institute. Kapil RANA also possesses an MBA in Finance from G J University of Science and Technology and an LL.B. from Meerut College, along with a B.Com degree in Accounts, Commerce, and Economics from D J (PG) College.
