Niven Patel currently serves as Senior Vice President at Hilco Global since April 2023. In addition to this role, Niven Patel has been with Avison Young’s Hospitality Group as a Senior Hotel Broker on the Asset Resolution Team since January 2019. Niven Patel also holds the position of President at Pangea Concessions Group, which has been active since September 2015, and serves as a Partner at Hotel Assets Group since June 2011. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap from January 2005 to February 2011. Niven Patel is an alumnus of the University of South Florida.
