Alexander Fletcher is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Founder of Shaken and Stirred Hospitality since January 2024. With over 20 years of expertise, Alexander empowers restaurants and bars to achieve operational excellence. In addition, Alexander owns Bar None Consulting, specializing in mixology, sustainability, and menu design. As National Beverage Director and Head of Sustainability at Hospitality Alliance, Alexander focuses on beverage management and sustainable practices. Previous positions include Director of Operations at Shaken and Stirred Services and Beverage Director at various establishments, including Henry's Majestic and Bread Winners Cafe & Bakery. Alexander holds a Professional Certificate in Sustainability in Industry from MIT and degrees in Art Direction from Texas A&M University and Philosophy from the University of North Texas.
