Sara Manganelli is an experienced executive assistant currently serving the President and COO/CNO at UMASS Memorial / Marlboro Hospital since August 2023 and also in a similar role at the Hospital for Behavioral Medicine since January 2023. Previously, Manganelli held administrative positions with the Uxbridge Board of Health and Uxbridge Public Schools, where responsibilities included supporting the Department of Facilities. Manganelli's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from owning Sara's Sweets from January 2010 to January 2023 and Sara's Sweets Curbside Cupcakes from July 2012 to November 2020. Educationally, Manganelli graduated from Waltham High School and obtained a Licensed Cosmetologist degree from Blaine in 1992.
