Anthony Guerra currently serves as Gerente de Ingeniería e Infraestructura at Hospital El Pilar, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this, Anthony held the role of Gerente de Ingeniería y Proyectos at SEIMAR INGENIERIA TERMOMECANICA from February 2016 to November 2022, where responsibilities included leading teams of engineers and architects, managing project portfolios, validating HVAC designs, budgeting, and project monitoring. Anthony's earlier experience also includes serving as Supervisor de Proyectos, focusing on mechanical designs for HVAC systems and overseeing project quality and timelines. Anthony holds an MBA with a specialization in Finance from Universidad Francisco Marroquín, a Master's in Project Management from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, and a degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Rafael Landívar.
