Sara Chambers holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bowling Green State University. With a diverse nursing background, Sara has been a Community Educator and Case Management Nurse at Hospice of Northwest Ohio since January 2016. Prior experience includes serving as an Intensive Care Nurse at ProMedica Toledo Hospital from February 2011 to December 2015 and as a Medical Surgical Nurse at the University of Washington Medical Center from October 2008 to February 2011. Additionally, Sara is certified as a Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN).
