Dana Reid has over two decades of experience in various compliance and leadership roles. Dana began their career at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, where they served as Compliance Officer and Federal Programs CFO, establishing and managing compliance programs. Dana then transitioned to the Tennessee Valley Authority, leading the Employee Concerns Program and contributing to the development of a new compliance organization. Currently, Dana is the Executive Vice President of Organizational Excellence at Hospice of Chattanooga.
Dana Reid earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1987. In 2007, they completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the same institution. In 2013, they pursued a program in Leadership and Management for Accelerated Performance at Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management. Additionally, Dana Reid holds a CPA certification from the TN State Board of Accountancy.
