Heather Blackley serves as the Director and Marketing Consultant at The Marketing Partnership Limited, a CIM Accredited Study Centre in the Isle of Man, since April 2014, focusing on recruitment for student intakes for CIM Diploma and Certificate programs. In addition, Heather has been a Volunteer Governor at Hospice Isle of Man since April 2018. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Modern Languages from The University of Salford, completed from 1986 to 1990, and has undergone further education with The Marketing Partnership Limited since 2005. Heather's foundational education includes attendance at Saffron Walden County High School from 1977 to 1984.
