Dr. Baker has worked for HospiceCare for 20 years. He received his undergraduate from University of Michigan and his medical degree from Wayne State University. He is board certified in internal medicine, medical oncology, hospice and palliative care.

He has two sons and resides in Lewisburg with his wife Debby. Dr. Baker is also a decorated Vietnam War Veteran. His hobbies include motorcycles and Civil War history and memorabilia.
