Lisa Holman is a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Hosokawa Micron Limited since January 2025 and serves as County Secretary for Girlguiding Cheshire Forest. With extensive experience in operations management, Lisa held various managerial positions at Carpenter Additive from July 2016 to January 2025, including Operations Manager and Laboratory Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Weaver division commissioner for Girlguiding Cheshire Forest and supervisory roles at ALcontrol Laboratories and the Environment Agency. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Senior Leadership from The University of Manchester and a degree in Environmental Analysis from The University of Huddersfield. Additionally, educational background includes a GNVQ Advanced Science from Oldham Sixth.
